Hey, remember when TelevisionWithoutPity wasn’t owned by Bravo? Remember when it was MightyBigTV? Remember those wonderful hilarious days? Because I do. And because of those, I love recaps. I love them. Sadly though, most recaps these days are people writing about shows they can’t stand. Shows they hate. And sure, that’s funny for one or two episodes… but then it gets old really fast. Which reminds me… I need to review a book I LIKE next time… anyway, while having a downer day and watching tv online and eating chocolates, I had a major brainwave. I came across MTV.ca. And with their help, I’m going to recap a show I never thought I’d be able to stand, let alone adore like you adore leftover fried foods at three in the morning. That’s right. It’s time for a little bit of fun. A little bit of romance. And a whole lot of trash, trash, trashy-trashy trash. Woo hoo!

Ok, it’s been a while!I hope you all had an excellent Holiday of your choice. I know I did. Excellent swag this year, fabulous food, and the relatives were wonderful. The only bad part of the season? The fact that my “final” dental work on the 22nd was followed up with intense tooth pain on the 23rd. Which exploded into fire-death on the 24th. And has been fluctuating ever since. I haven’t had solid food in three days, unless you count hardly toasted toast. I am taking WAY too many extra-strength Advils (three a day my ASS!). I am sleeping on a heating pad. I am hating everything. I can hardly talk sometimes.
On the plus side, my mom made me mashed potatoes today. Which was awesome. Oh, if you have kids, recommend me some baby food. No.. really. I’m serious. I miss the taste of meat. I MISS IT.
Anyway, let’s do a book review!

Hey there! Another day, but this one is awesome! Why? We got our Christmas tree! WOOO! It’s not up yet, sadly, but it’ll be up for next week, which is awesome. Today is another relaxing one for me, which means time to write a little something up for you to enjoy. As promised, I’ll be taking a look at another book today, but one that is sure to entertain. *snerk* I am speaking of the Pamela Anderson story, Star!

So here I am, spending the day in bed. What better way to pass the time and take my mind off my aching jaw than with a blog post? Enjoyment for everyone! I have to admit, I do like writing these. Of course, sometimes I think that my writing about things I watch and enjoy are lame, and nobody honestly cares about my opinion. Then I remember all the personal review sites I go to, and how much I love them. So let’s see if my wit can stand up to my bookmark list.

So wow! I had forty page views yesterday. That’s… insane. I blame Jack for throwing me up on the Sonic Society Twitter page. (Confidential to Twitter Clicks: Sorry he won’t stop talking politics! I keep trying to shut him up! *) Thank you one and all. Hopefully, you’ll continue to stick around. I’m going to do my best to keep this thing going, as I need some structure sometimes. Otherwise, why get out of bed?
I’ve decided on the topics for the other posts of the week. I’m not making them a strict schedule, as then I will get overwhelmed and hide from it. Then this will all fold in on itself. We’ll have to sit back and see what happens. I want to make this blog me. The creative side. I need to share that

Noteworthy News!
Ok, I didn’t go to the bank yesterday. This is because I was off to save lives instead. Last night, Jack decided to drag me off to watch him give blood. Much to his surprise, I decided to give blood too! Why the surprise? Well, I hate needles and I hate the sight of blood. This sucks because I’m “lucky” enough to be one of the seven percent of Canadians who have O- blood. Which means I get guilted EVERY TIME by those damned Blood Services radio ads.
Ad: There is an urgent need for types O- blood!
Me: SHUT UP!
Blood Services are run by Jewish Mothers. For Real.
Well, I’m not going to sugar coat things. Keep in mind I’m a total wuss, though. For me, it was awful. I got horribly dizzy and I had a panic attack once I was outside. I will have a bruised up arm. The needle hurt the entire time. I am a huge wuss, did I mention that? The only good thing was that I gave blood surprisingly quickly, filling the bag in only seven minutes, which is half the time they originally told me. Clearly, my body knew I had to get the hell out of there ASAP.
Saying all that… would I do it again? It’s hard to say right now… at the time, I was terrified and trying not to rip the needle out and bolt. Now? I might consider it. Maybe.
Hey ya’ll… yeah, all one person who might be still checking this page. I’ve decided to change this up a bit a try a new format with more organization. So here’s how it’ll work. Half notepad for me, half blog for you, all totally fun. Plus, I’ll try to add in something new every day to keep this fresh and fun. Like, on Saturday, cat pictures (Hello Caturday!), or on Monday a book review. Something fun like that. I want to make this blog more appealing for you readers and more challenging and creative for me. I mean, I already have a journal that I occasionally use. So nuts to that format here. So let’s see what we can do!
