Hey! I know, I know, I’m a slug who doesn’t update. But I have a good reason! new jobs take time away from the internet.
For those of you who are local, you will certainly know of the fantastic candy shop, Freak Lunchbox. Awww yeah. Best job of my life! Retail with NO sales pressure! Heaven! Of course, I’m totally going to get fat, but there are pros and cons to everything.
An update on The Library of Jack and Shannon! I know we were going to start last month, but due to Jack’s biking trip we were unable to record the episodes ahead of time. It takes ages to record a novel, turns out. But we do have one finished, and it will air this month! So look forward to that. I hope you like it, because this is going to go on and on FOREVER. Half an hour? SIX PAGES!
Oh, and a question to those of you who flutter around publishing houses and the like for a living. No, don’t worry, this is not some lame request to send my novel to someone. How does one become a manuscript reader? Turns out I read more than disgustingly fast (roughly 1100 wpm), so I thought I might turn it into something useful.
Or I’ll become a beta reader for fanfic. Don’t let me sink to that!
